MatroX-RPS (Rules Processing System) is a universal tool for constructing data flow management systems in informatics infrastructure. The system was created on a base of long- time experiences in telecommunications and industry computing systems programming. Basing on solutions of many real problems an ZST-Softel programmer team designed and created a system´s kernel which allows for management systems implementation. The business logic based on MatroX-RPS system is saved in a dynamic and programmable data base. The control over the system is exerted through asynchronic events and attributed to them processing rules.
