MatroX-Pharma is an information system that efficiently supports operational actions of medical representatives. The task of the system is to facilitate and systemize daily visits in physicians´ cabinets. The user friendly system assists a medical representative in all aspects of his/her work from tasks scheduling to reporting about conducted visits to the superior. The superiors, thanks to frequent data actualization in the system, can view the current situation in the subordinate region as well as the detailed actions undertaken by medical representatives.

MatroX-Pharma architecture
The central data base collects all information coming from applications located on laptops (or palmtops) of medical representatives and other cooperating systems. The applications located on medical representatives’ computers allow the introduction and saving of data about every physician. This data is then sent to the central data base via the synchronization mechanism to allow the drawing of information from the system in the company’s HQ.
