MatroX-Monitor

MatroX-Monitor is a system which with no doubts can be considered as indispensable in every production company. It facilitates acquisition of data from machines and equipment in a company, provides its processing and authorized access. Precise information plays a key role in optimization of use of utilities such as water, gas, electricity, and in better planning of machines working time in order to use their production potential best. MatroX-Monitor works also as a tool of early warning when machines faults occur and it can be used to monitor the access to infrastructure objects in a vast terrain. MatroX-Monitor efficiently supports decreasing of production costs and improves risk management in production processes.

Advantages of the system

  • distributed architecture allows the customer to obtain high functionality with optimally low costs
  • the system was designed to be constantly upgraded and developed
  • the hardware for data acquisition was optimized in order to allow connection of a high number of registering devices
  • use of one universal device for measuring and registering of physical values allows integration of various devices into one information platform,
  • use of a public GSM network permits construction of a data transmission system without incurring costs of transmission network construction
  • the software allows to configure the system through creator mechanisms (similar to those in MS Windows)
  • for chosen elements ad hoc measurements, related to production processes, can be defined
  • MatroX-Monitor allows to optimize use of utilities and production, supply and standstill time planning

The central data base works as repository of events. All data related to work of machines and use of utilities in the production processes is collected there. The history of measurements is also located in the repository is and it can be accessed at any time under condition of having authorization. The system as a whole is controlled by an operator who from a control console monitors it. In case of emergency the system itself sets a sound alarm off and automatically informs people responsible for the facility maintenance through stationary phones or short text messages (SMS) sent to their cell phones.
